Hi All thanks for the good comments..Just wish I could have tasted the rub some more. I did put lots of rub on the ribs.
Costco's Business Center in Hackensack NJ had good prices on beef ribs and Prime Brisket was 3.19

Looks great Dan. As for the run I find with beef flavor like that you have to be very heavy with it. Also pepper comes thru and works great with beef.

Go right now and kiss the butcher at your Costco! Finding ribs that nice is a score for sure! And then you did them proud, beautiful final product!

Is that a special Costco? Out in Morris County we only get Choice flats and no beef ribs.

Besides the Business Centers the regular stores carry different items due to various demands.
My store has brought in specific items after receiving enough demand.
So speak about what you want to the management.
They don't know if you don't say so.
