Beef short ribs with Mojo.

Delicious on the ECB. Served them up with tator tots and corn on the cob(Kid pleasers). These were my second pass at beef ribs, im growing partial to them for a quicker smoke at meal times.


The board of trustees said try mojo so I did, with a healthier dose of fresh garlic and finished with a dusting of adobo.
