Wife bought some beef short ribs from the local Wal-Marts. Decided to smoke them on the Weber kettle using hickory chunks. I used worsh sister sauce as a binder and a brisket rub I got from

as a Christmas gift. The last 15 minutes of the cook I mopped on some Tiger Sauce.
These turned out awesome. Love the rub I got from
JLinza
. (who is from Colorado, where the beer flows like wine). Wife also made Ozark macaroni salad to go with it.
