ok got the pork but to make some country style sausage but also got a beef chuck roast. Anyone have a good recipe for a fresh sausage with beef? Thanks!

as far as the beef I do not have anything for country style but you could make some snack sticks or summer sausage with it or a Chuckie On the pork sausage are you making patties or links
