Been craving beef ribs lately and had time today to smoke some. Seasoned 3 racks with spog

and on to the smoker at about 250 with pecan

Coming along nice. Did not spritz but did wrap in paper when I liked the look. Pulled the rack in the right around 6hrs.

We smoked some beef short ribs, but in my haste to devour, photos were overlooked.
