I had the pleasure of have a top shelf smoker help guide me with some Beef ribs tonight
They turned out amazing
Thanks Jeff Campbell for your guidance

with these I did not use any sauce, only dry rub and rest open in the fridge for two days

These were great man!! The flavor and smoke on them was perfect!! I devoured the one you dropped off almost instantly!! Super tender and juicy too. You are turning out great consistent Q in the MES40 for sure.
