Evening smokers. Had some beef back ribs and baby back pork ribs dying to get on the smoker today.
Here are the beef ribs. Membrane removed and rubbed with my beef rub
Onto the smoker at 225 using pecan and cherry
After an hour rubbed down a rack of baby backs and put on smoker
The Tennessee mojo won ribs at Memphis in may last year. Good stuff. Heres both on smoker
After that mixed up some of

After beef ribs were 2hrs in I added beans
I did 321 on beef and 221 on pork so since they went on an hour apart they got wrapped at same time. For baby backs I used peach/pink butcher paper. For beef ribs I used foil with butter, beef broth,beer and a shake of beef rub
After 2 hours unwrapped everything and put back on smoker
One more hour and finished
Quick rest and slice
