Now we wait!

Mmmm, that cucumber salad looks great.

Them Shiners look fairly meaty, .99/lb is what they should be everyday.

The taste test on the salad was yum!

Fully Agree with the .99/lb. the funny thing is they had a few packages of single cuts and they were 2.49?

WOW. Wish I could get beef ribs that way. I need more practice, beer or something.

Thanks PC!

Tonight was one of those rare moments of naturally magic!

I have recently found that the copper pot likes a little bigger split than I have been using and I’m really happy that I discovered it!

Thanks for the likes motolife & chop!

I am guessing these were in the "grey meat" section.

My local supermarket puts meat with a one day "sell by" date in a certain area at a huge discount. It's always a battle for me, trying to time it just right so the old ladies don't beat me to the tri tip or especially the beef short ribs.

those look great, im jealous..

Thanks pigbark!

No “grey meat” they were fresh cut Double R! The particular store is centered in a part of town that thinks cows fart too much so ribs aren’t an item....I get the evil looks just being in the store....lol.

Ribs came out nice . Like the salad too , haven't had that in awhile .

You did a Real nice Job on those Ribs!!
There's a lot of Meat on them for Store cut Beef Ribs!!
The only way I get more meat than that is when I cut my own off of my Prime Rib, and then I'm paying Prime Rib Prices---Not 99 cents!!!
Nice Job!
Like.
