I know Jeff has a recipe for Boneless Beef Ribs but nothing on Bone In Ribs. Any suggestions Or is it more or less the same as Pork Ribs but just a longer amount of time?
For me, yes. They are like pork ribs but bigger so more time. On the other hand, I use very different rubs and on beef, I use salt, pepper and some garlic. Not a normal pork rub at all.
