Followed tips from the e-courses and bought organic chicken. I used a vinegar based BBQ sauce of my own equal parts apple cider vinegar and honey with 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and 2 tablespoons of whole grain mustard all brought to a boil and then dip the chicken 3 times after it is almost done.
