Beef Jerky Disaster

I've owned my oven for several years. Recently, I actually looked at different buttons and guess what....bread proofing and dehydrate buttons. I thought attention to detail was a strength.

Glad disaster was averted! Looks great. Not sure if you are handy or not but my dehydrator broke and fixed it by bypassing the switch which was the part that was broke.

I love the oven rack option,

I actually have 2 set ups like that 6 trays 2 pans . They work great for drying sausage too .
Jerky looks great .
