Grilling up some beef fajitas for dinner, the wife's favorite. Got some flap steak from Costco and put it in a marinade for a few hours. Cook it hot, about a minute a side and wrap it up tight in foil for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile I grill the veggies in the cast iron on the grill, don't waste the coals. Once it's all done cut steak across the grain, serve and enjoy.
