Just wondering why you slice it all up though. I keep mine in paper and slice as required.

I sliced it all because this batch is to be shared with friends and family. I normally keep most of it in slabs and slice as needed. It also wasn't my idea to share with friends and family. Thank you for the like and comment Bill!
