Well I bought a new green mountain grill did the initial burn in so I decided to try some beef ribs I choose them because I wouldn't feel as bad if I messed them up. On the ribs I used 3 eyz rub. Then at the end if cook for the last 20 min I brushed on apple cinnamon rib candy I cooked them at 280 using apple pellets

I saw some of those this past week and thought about it.  I just wasn't sure how they'd come out.  Looks like you did them some major justice!  Good lookin Ribs!

Rub candy is a glaze I bought not sure if I'm allowed to post a link or not but its a glaze you can put on your food at the end of your cook or through your whole cook they have a few flavors like cherry habanero and a couple others gave the ribs a really good color and out of this world taste.

So, where did you get it?  I think I would like to try it but haven't seen it around here (Virginia)

Rib candy has been around for a while.  There are quite a few of different flavor profiles to choose from.  IMHO, nothing is better than homemade sauce but its a good "go to" when you are short on time or when you just wanna tinker around..  Great looking beef ribs btw Brad!!  Here is a link for those who are intrigued by the rib candy.   . ...http://www.thebbqsuperstore.com/product_p/texas-apple-hab.htm
