After two years of addicted Mini use. I decided to pay her back with an upgrade.
Bbq guru partyq, newer kind. I was worried about the fit on my silver style mini, really didn't want to drill. I had to remove the standard ash tray from the silver, never need it. It installed just like a standard weber kettle. However the unit is too long so I had to sit the mini up on bricks. Then it was off to the races...tested it for two hours with a very small amount of coals.held 225 no problem. Today it is a brisket point..stay tuned!
