BBQ Grillware Propane Smoker...

Does anyone still use one of these, or used to use one of these smokers? If so, what modifications do you recommend to get the best performance out of it?

Yeah, I did that. I saw something about using a coffee can instead of the cast iron box...

You don't have to mod it at all frankly. I had one for several years and still wood be if I hadn't accidentally set the propane hose on fire...

The needle valve mod done on other LP smokers may be something to consider though.
