Has anyone organized a BBQ cook-off in their community? I live in a population 9,000 senior community just outside of Tucson, AZ and I'm sure I could interest more than a few smokers and grillers.
What kind of problems might I encounter? Might the HOA object due to the liability issues (someone backing into a hot grill ,for example)? Prizes? Should I demand a small intro fee to pay for cash awards?
Anything you can contribute is appreciated.
