BBQ contest desert

If you have done pizza on a BBQ, then do a fruit pizza. Use sugar cookie dough for the round, partially grill it, add smoked peach slices, pineapple slices, etc. drizzle with caramel sauce.

EDIT: It was a busy day yesterday and I rushed through my reply. One you have the fruit arranged on the cookie dough base, return it to the smoker to finish off the cookie. Remove the fruit pizza and then drizzle the works with the caramel sauce.

Shag, oldschoolbbq has you covered on the times. When I smoke fruit, I kick the temps up to 300-325° that's also the temp that i "bake" the cookie dough base.
