Basically a Smokin' Rookie

My name is Chad and I live In central Ohio.  I purchased a CharGriller Duo Grill with the side fire box.  Only used as a smoker a few times last year, but hope to use it a lot more this year.  Had a hard time keeping temp stable but have got some good advice from a coworker recently.
