I stopped in for lunch on Friday while out doing a little storm chasing.
The brisket was wagyu and it was amazing. Excellent flavor, smoked to tender, but not as much moisture as it should have had but still very good. The ribs were tender and juicy with excellent flavor. The beans and mac n cheese were delicious. Prompt service. Hot food. Clean restaurant and friendly crew.
