My mom made baked spaghetti all the time... it's the only way she made spaghetti...
It's just one more of her recipes she never shared with anyone... It was awesome and super delish...
I was just wondering how it would taste with some smoke added?? Just curious if anyone had made it on the pellet smoker and how it flavored it or if it made that big of a diff.
My grandmother also made spaghetti in the oven. She would use a largish covered casserole dish. Like Dave mentioned it was very good. I think if you want a smokey flavor you would need to stir it every once in a while to expose all the noodles, sauce, and any meates to the smoke.
From a fellow vol fan GBO I don’t think you could go wrong with adding some smoke. Be interesting to see if you try this how it turns out. We all do Mac and cheese, beans, meatballs, etc... in the smoker why not spaghetti? Give it a shot maybe temps around 250-275
