hey guys im smoking my 7 day cured bacon tomorrow or friday (considering its just turned thursday morning in Australia) i just would like to know how long can i keep it in a fridge for after smoking it cos i think 3 or 4 days later im getting my sister to slice it at the deli she works at will it hold in the fridge till monday cos after its sliced ill be freezing it

Once it's cured & smoked, 3 or 4 days in the fridge before slicing is fine. I like to wrap mine & put it in the fridge before slicing for at least 48 hours.
