So this is what everyone means when they say "cob"... very interesting... not sure I could put that in my amazn smoker!  Good luck on your bacon!

Cooked is on the bottom, uncooked on top. That came out pretty tasty. Maybe a little dry, but nice flavor.

Like with any Canadian bacon, you have to be careful cooking it to avoid drying it out due to the lack of fat.

That corn cob burns until it's done doesn't it??
