I made a brisket and was watching Man vs Food BBQ edition. They had a restaurant doing brisket burgers and the lightbulb went off in my head Beavis and Butthead style. I decided to make some. I typically use 93% grass fed ground beef for burgers, sliced up some brisket and my son and I thought they were amazing. Then I remembered everything is better with bacon (home made) so we tried again and have pics to prove it this time. Also made pizza on the offset. Good ears
