Loves me some bacon! I need a taller smoker so I can hang my bacon with the hooks I got for Christmas. Right now, my smoker is a tad short

Just curious, did you dry or wet cure this batch?
Thank you for the kind words Justin. I always dry cure bacon. I don’t want to add moisture but rather remove it on bacon. I have almost zero shrinkage in the skillet.

Costco Business Center went back to skinless belly and I had to pass. No smoker (working on that)
