Back at smoking and loving the results

Hi all,

I've just restarted smoking again after a very long absence.  Got a new smoker, Brinkmann Electric Smoker and I'm just loving it!  I'm from upstate NY and have retired and moved down to Florida.  I have done ribs and turkey legs now I'm going to look through recipes and branch out some.
