I was here last year but somehow my login disappeared. I've been smoking for two years with a Smoke Hollow propane cabinet smoker. I opted for a propane smoker for ease of use. I didn't want a pellet smoker because I have an endless supply of Apple wood courtesy of an enormous apple tree with 4 main trunks. My next smoke will be a Beef Tenderloin in a week or two.
