Late post but I did these over Labor Day weekend.

They were very meaty, perfect bite, juicy and tender. There were no left overs.

Modified Memphis Dust rub
Rib Rack BBQ applied 20 mins before pulling them.
Hickory chunks

4 hrs 19 mins smoke @ 235° F

These might have been my best work yet on my WSM 18".
