So im going to smoke some baby backs for the first time and im ready to put them in the smoke and i just realized im not sure what side of the ribs go up. Can someone please help me??

Sorry it took so long!! They turned out awesome!!! very tender and great flavor!!!!!!! I used a house rub from Flicker Meats in Oakdale Mn. I used the 2-2-1 method. 2 hours on the rack, 2 hours foiled and 1 more hour back on the rack. Smoked it at 225 degrees. Hickory wood.
