Greetings from Terre Haute! I haven't posted in awhile, so I thought I'd share my qview of baby backs and bacon-wrapped shrimp, fresh outta the MES. I did a all beef breakfast sausage too, which turned out better than its pork brethren, imvho.

Looks Great, bacon wrapped shrimp all raw or do you cook the bacon some before hand so the shrimp dont get over done?? or all at one time thanks you got my mind going for apps on new years night. with my pork candy.

I wrapped the shrimp when they were still frozen, so they didn't overcook too much, but the bacon was still a little too 'soggy' for my liking. Next time, I'll pre-cook the the bacon in the microwave and wrap the frozen shrimp...that *should make the bacon crisp up enough without overcooking the shrimp.
