I did three racks at 225 for about an hour or so then 275 until done. 70 degree weather made it even better!

Thanks figured I'd share (pics) Hahah I felt pretty good about them and overall had a pretty solid day with holding temps and burning a clean fire.
 
Thank you and it was just a great day to smoke. I let them go unwrapped for about 4 hours then wrapped toward the end. First time I ever did that and overall was happy with the results. Instead of removing the membrane I scored the membrane going horizontally and vertically and still produced a clean bite. I'm normally a remove membrane kind of guy but was lazy this time. Did 1 salt black pepper the second one with my own basic rub adding some ancho chili powder which was really good. The 3rd rack was salt and black pepper and I sauced about an hour towards the end. I'm always open for new ways to make ribs better if anyone has some suggestions
