These are the next victims...chicken was $6.99 (!!WTF??) at Cub, the kielbasa was ~$3.00 at Target. The price of raw materials is kind of disturbing...I can get a fully cooked rotisserie chicken at Cub for 4.99!

They'll go in at 1:30 or so, plan to eat at 5:00.

Mix of Hickory and Apple chips from Menards, ~$5.00/ bag. They'll easily do 10 smokes.

Looking good Dert!  I've got my first brisket sitting in the smoker as we speak...it is almost Spring in MN..of course we won't mention the fact that the forecast calls for 6-12" of snow tomorrow

It's 57*F right now...

Looks like only rain here in the twin cities tomorrow. Maybe a little snow overnight...less than 1 inch. :)
 
I'm up in Brainerd.............not looking forward to tomorrow/Tuesday.
