Hello folks!
I have my Lang 36 hybrid up for sale and i have it thoroughly cleaned. So without wanting to dirty her up again and clean her again i decided to make some ribs and pulled pork on my WSM 22! The pulled pork didn't come out well (bad piece of meat I reckon) But the ribs come out purdy!

I use an apple rub (Heath Riles) and then when i foil them i slather butter mixed with apple butter (50/50) and then candy apple red sauce at the end. Delicious!

Thanks for looking!

Nice job Arron on those ribs with the pp we don't always have success. That's one of the things that's hard to get newbies to understand it is not always a success.
