had a small get together for my son who is turning 30
Seasoned 2 racks of BB with a touch of cherry,set the PB @225°F it held 230°F using Apple Pellets did the 2-2-1 method
Ribs when I was ready to foil

Joe yes it is holds temp great it gives a milder cleaner tasting smoke.Wish I had a plated shot Coleslaw,a Tomato Basil sauce I made a few weeks ago.A Philippine Dish and Cheese Cake for dessert. Thanks for the Like I appreciate it
