Roper those look great. I'm a couple hours south in Georgia Vt. and have packed my smoker up for the next week or so. It's just to cold down here with -15 to 20 and windchill on top of that. I'd be feeding my Char-Griller Dou every ten minutes it's inviting but the coal cost would be more then the meat. Enjoy my mouth is just a watering.
