ribs before they are wrapped I like to flip them once.

ribs out of foil they were rubbed with Stubbs BBQ rub, and here is one of the big boy.

its rubbed with Stubbs pork rub. I'm using lump charcoal and hickory.

Couldn't wait any longer here are the ribs. Pretty good for my first shot.
