Going to try smoking baby back ribs for the first time tomorrow and wanted to get some advice.  A coworker of mine told me to put rub on them, layer with bacon and then smoke for approximately 4 hours.  I noticed the 2-2-1 threads on here and wasn't sure which of these methods was better or could I combine them?  Smoking on a large BGE.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Never put bacon on ribs before so can't help with doing it that way,
This is way I do my BB RIBS ;
Smoke them at 275 , 1 1/2 in smoker,
then wrap with apple juice on the ribs for 1 1/2
Then finish unwrap in the smoker . Most the time
I don't add BBQ sauce but when I do I add it in the last 30 minutes
