I think I might be slightly addicted... Starting some 2-2-1 Baby Back Ribs at 8pm. Looks like I will be eating tomorrow :)

Okay, my first attempt (last week) was comparitively okay... This is indescribable... Smokey, sweet, salty, perfect tenderness, as you bite it it doesnt fall off, but as soon as you pull at all it pulls all the meat off. Its divine... I wasn't hungry and have almost eaten the whole rack. Its ridiculous...
