Looks real good. I like the flavor of Maple syrup and Texas Pete. The Sweet, Sour and Heat, makes BFD come alive. We do something similar or Sausage, Pancakes and Eggs, a couple of times a month...JJ

Thanks!That sounds real good JJ. I'm with you on the sweet sour and heat. I usually top my eggs with a hot sauce and i always like those couple bites where the syrup runs over onto them and all those flavors come together.

Try topping or layering Pancakes with over easy eggs. When cut up the Yolks run through the Pancakes and Syrup adding a touch of creaminess to everything...JJ
