I am putting up a link to a Craigslist ad for a 6' tall stainless smoker conversion. I want to emphasize that this ad is NOT MINE, I'm just passing it along as it looks like it could be a great deal for someone locally. This has been up for a couple of weeks, and though I haven't seen it personally, I can't believe no one has snapped it up yet.

Again, I have no connection to this, other than passing along the info. It caught my eye because it is similar to my fridge conversion, but according to the poster, it was a commercial pastry oven.
