Ate Some Goodies Tonighr

Late last fall, Charlie-- @ab canuck --stopped by and droped off a bag of various sausages he'd made. As often happens, when we put away all the meat from Costco the sausages got pushed to the back of the freezer.
Well yesterday I noticed them and put them in the fridge to thaw. One package of bacon mozzrrella and one of bacon swiss. I cooked them up for supper tonight and they were downright delicious. Even though neither Miss Linda nor I are big fans of mozzerella, we really enjoyed them. But the bacon swiss were FANTASTIC!!!!
So thank you Charlie for sharing your sausages with us. They really made my day.

Thx, Gary, I appreciate it. We are back to work again in the Brazeau area again, we did make some sausage again this spring, If we get a schedule lined up a should swing through, we have a couple new flavors to try lol.
