They all look great Bear. The first pic is how I like my kraut dogs - heavy on the mustard. Like.

Nice looking meals Bear. Is it me or is your Spam consumption going up these past few weeks.

Point for sure.

Chris

Thank You Chris!!
I think it only looks that way, because I didn't used to show my Spam productions, but my mobility has temporarily forced me to do more in the Kitchen than outside.
And Thanks for the Like.

Dang that Bear knew I was in the middle of Pa and wouldn't drop in for one of those fine looking sammies.
One of these days I'm going to be in the area at the right time. :D maybe you should start a school on sammies.

Thank You Denny!!
I think after making these, I like Yellow Mustard better with Kraut than Horseradish Mustard.

Variety is the spice of life...I love changing things up and trying new things, but always go back to the standbys, the good stuff that never fails to satisfy. This put me in the mood for kielbasa and sauerkraut.

I got a whole mess of green maters to fry up with em too... Still trying to get my green mater method down!

Never really got into Green Maters.
Had them once. They were alright, but I like a lot of other things better.

Bear

Don't care for the green fried tomatoes but we do just short of being fully ripe with a sugar and flour coating man o man they are in my book are out of this world.

Yup---That's how I made them---Kinda like I make Fried Zuke slices & Fried Eggplant.

Bear

You Bet although never had egg plant something to try. Squash and tomatoes o yell.

Warren

If you like Zuke, you'd like Eggplant.
We just use Egg & Bead Crumbs, and Fry in your favorite oil.
I gotta try some of these things in my HotAirFryer.
