Approx. 3.5Lb Pork Belly????

Hello Troopers and Troopette's!

I have about a 3.5Lb chunk of Pork Belly left over from Sandwiches and Bacon I'm having difficulty figuring out what to do with it...

Any suggestions, Please!!!

Just cook it.
There are many ways to do something with it read some of the ideas listed for pork belly.

I've had to cover my smoker with cargo blankets to get it to 230F!
