Did ribs in my new smoker for the first time. They turned out good and juicy, with a nice smoke ring. Ran out of applewood and had to finish with mesquite which gave them a bit of a heavier bite. But not bad for the first run. Got distracted during day laying new floor so next time ill pay more attention to smoke and temp.
