I made this awhile ago and just found the pistures.I started off with a nice piece of pork loin that I cut to roll out flat. I then added some homemade apple slices that I had canned in a cinnamon syrup.I then rolled it up and smoked in my MES40.
As you can see the apples held up very well and gave a great flavor to the pork.This is the finished plate without any sides because what guy dosent want a plate with just meat on it for dinner?
