Anyone made sticks with a jerky gun and 5/8 stuffer tube instead of 21mm casings.

Did a batch of pepper sticks in 21mm casings and turned out pretty nice.  But I was thinking about putting my 5/8 stuffer tube on my jerky cannon and trying some casingless snack sticks.  Then I would not have had to starve while waiting for more collagen casings.

I saw a post on here where Bearcarver does caseless sticks, very good info just have to do a quick search for it.

John got me thinking.... Thanks John.....  I forgot about that.... got the idea from Bear way back when....  They were good, very good.....

Looks good dave and yep bears caseless ones are great also. just bigger logs but I have put them thur cannon before and works great
