Well here in S/W Louisiana we would use that pot to cook Jambalya in... As well as cook Gumbo in it as well... I have a 20qt. cast iron and it is awsome to cook with...

yes thats a maca 22. I own 2 of them i also have the 13, 15, and 17. ovals are next

A couple three butts, 15 pounds or more of yard bird, bout the same of venison if your the kind that has a little to spare, tomato, corn, what have you and it is a nice pot for Brunswick Stew. And the stew freezes well too

gumbo is too
Mexican soups
Beans

If anyone needs a really large jambalaya pot this place has really large ones. All the way up to 30 gallon ones for $350.00

I doubt the shipping is cheap though.

Yes sir! That is a good sized pot. I'm afraid I'd never get to use it though. Still like seeing em though. Thanks for sharing it with us.
