Looks like one of those No-Tip knives they are/were selling in the UK in response rising knife crime. Saw some articles on them a few years back.

Thanks DougE... I see a lot of Salumi Butchers using this knife to trim skin off hams and shoulders. Want to buy one....
 
Yup just a blunt end slicer

…..the blunt end keeps it from digging, ie like a brisket carver but it has more stiffness

It looks similar a Chinese duck knife. I think Dexter makes a vegetable knife with the same shape. A lot of nakari type of knives a close to that shape.
 
Looks like what Victorinox calls a Watermelon Knife.
