I have MES and I just got few pounds of corned beef brisket flat and I am thinking on smoking it tomorrow. Any tips on making certain that it comes out well and it's not too dry?
My tip would be to go and get some more. You will finish the first part too quickly and will be thinking why didn't I buy that second piece when I had a chance. I loved my first corned beef brisket. I bought the point but it was so damn tasty. I wish I had bought five.
