Just curious! I haven’t been able to participate in all… but enjoy seeing the entries and submitting when I can. It sure amazes me the talent we have here on SMF. And seeing the entries never ceases to amaze me. Sure some talented cooks here.

I threw down some bacon and salt on these last night…. $20 of per package Prime Filets (Costco)…or should I say prime trunks cause they are 3 inches thick….. they are going to get throwdown on the Weber sear zone this PM!
Oh and I didn’t even have anything to do with picking them out….Ive been avoiding the $$$$$meat$$$$ counters but as we walked by Mrs C goes hey those are on sale, walks over and picks up a package and says these look great we should do Marsala and wrap them in bacon……I folded and threw down the cash…. lol
